Karen

Karen is a director, and co-founded the business in 1996 with her husband Nik. She is a motivating force in the team, and in the early days played a key role in steering Ergomonkey to a prestigious Inner City 100 award. Karen oversees all HR and Finance functions, and takes personal care of some key client relationships, some of which go back almost 25 years!  Karen works diligently on her own professional development adding new skills and disciplines to her portfolio whenever time allows. In Karen’s spare time, she enjoys the outdoors; from gardening and walking to socialising with friends. Her real passion is travel and looks forward to experiencing new and exciting places around the world.
