As a Director, Nik helps decide upon the goals and strategies to bring successful outcomes for clients, colleagues and supply partners alike. He is the guardian of our ethics, standards, principles and values

Nik’s proudest achievement was meeting the PM and Chancellor at Downing Street when Ergomonkey won the Inner City 100 award. He also takes great pride in the fact that many clients that were with us when we began our journey in 1996 are still with us now. His goal is to help build Ergomonkey to becoming the UK’s preeminent design, build and fit-out company, with bravery, innovation and passion at its core. Nik loves the outdoors, with gravel biking, hiking and skiing being his favourite activities.
