Head of Design
Zara loves the challenges that working in a Head of Design role brings, as a creative and organised individual. She is an excellent communicator that thrives within a fast-paced dynamic working environment, who is experienced in working on multi-disciplinary projects, from concept to completion. From managing design teams through to working with specialist disciplines, she has thoroughly enjoyed the project management side of working and developing collaborative teams and expanding her expertise further. In addition to her role, she is passionate about working closely with the Directors and enjoys being heavily involved in internal and external business developments; to improve internal procedures, our approach to new clients, as well as maintaining professional relationships. Zara joined the business March 2020.
Most recently Zara worked collaboratively on a variety of large-scale tenders for multi sector projects. We provided each tender with a full turnkey solution, from strategic design methods straight through to delivery and installation by our very own team - and when we do work collaboratively, we only work with those who share our values, and this is what Zara loves. Her aim is to expand our collaborative team, by continuing to support our existing clients and to build upon our main contractor portfolio.
Zara’s passions are hiking, music, food and I love to travel to unusual places.
James is our Project and Operations Manager, which involves overseeing projects from creation to completion. He has worked within the company for 4 years.
He is proud a recent project at Serviced office Mill harbour, because of the prestigious area in which this is, we were given a blank canvas for this project working with the client to specify products and fabrics that would be fitting for this modern office look. With this we were able to give all offices an executive feel along with the meeting areas, we aimed to make this space somewhere people want to work and enjoy the environment. James would like to have more blue chip clients with constant projects rolling.
